Management Team

Rich Krueger

Rich Krueger - Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of DynamicOps, Rich Krueger is responsible for the company’s vision, strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Krueger possesses a broad range of skill sets and strong entrepreneurial initiative and has been with the company since its inception. Prior to DynamicOps, Krueger was EVP Business Development at Incipient, a storage virtualization company. During his tenure he initiated and completed strategic relationships with three of the largest storage OEMs. Prior to Incipient, Krueger served as Vice President of Business Development for Continuum Software (acquired by Astoria as LightSpeed Software) where he developed a European joint venture with Bertelsmann AG and integrated several acquisitions. Previously, Krueger held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Conley Corporation, which was acquired by EMC. He has also held several other operational, sales and marketing roles at EMC, Digital Equipment and Autodesk's Discreet Logic division. Krueger holds an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He earned his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Rutgers University.


Leslie Muller

Leslie Muller - Chief Technology Officer and Founder

As CTO, Leslie Muller drives DynamicOps’ technical vision and product architecture, and shapes its go-to-market strategy. He has over 22 years of commercial experience as an executive leader, developer, and chief architect, with deep systems management experience and a strong track record in the definition and delivery of enterprise data center products. A serial entrepreneur, Muller started his first software company at age 16, and subsequently built and sold several management and automation solution companies, including Configuresoft and SeNTry, which became foundational parts of Microsoft and VMware offerings. Muller is noted for having created and implemented one of the industry’s first private clouds in 2001 while Senior Technologist at Credit Suisse. He founded DynamicOps out of that Credit Suisse “data-center-of-the-future” initiative. Muller is intensely passionate about technology and, for the past 11 years, has specialized in designing solutions that help enterprises operate more efficiently and competitively.


Carlos Delatorre

Carlos Delatorre - SVP Sales Worldwide

As DynamicOps' Senior Vice President of Sales Worldwide, Carlos Delatorre is building the go-to-market team that will dominate the cloud infrastructure marketplace.  Carlos brings to DynamicOps a track record of success at both large and emerging enterprise software companies.  Prior to DynamicOps, Carlos held several leadership positions at BMC Software including VP of SaaS Sales Worldwide and previously, AVP- East. Prior to BMC, Carlos was AVP at BladeLogic, Inc. where he built and led the sales organization covering eastern North America.  His team made a significant contribution to BladeLogic's successful IPO in July 2007 and subsequent acquisition by BMC.  Prior to BladeLogic, Carlos held sales leadership positions at IMlogic (acquired by Symantec), Oblix (acquired by Oracle) and Parametric Technology.  Carlos holds an MBA from Troy State University.

Rich Bourdeau - VP Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Rich Bourdeau is responsible for communicating DynamicOps’ strategy and vision and enabling growth initiatives through direct and partner channels.  Bourdeau has over 20 years of experience in developing, managing and marketing IT infrastructure management solutions for enterprises.  He has a wealth of experience working at both startup and industry leading technology companies. Prior to joining DynamicOps, Bourdeau spent four years as VP of Product Management at Incipient, an emerging storage virtualization company. Earlier, he held various product marketing and product management positions at EMC, where he managed teams responsible for storage and SAN management products. Bourdeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Western New England College.


Chad Jones

Chad Jones - VP Strategy and Product Management

Chad Jones is an expert in product strategy and development with over 17 years’ experience in virtualization and infrastructure technologies. Prior to DynamicOps, he was Vice President, Product Management for Neocleus, an innovator in type-1 client hypervisors, which was acquired by Intel. Before Neocleus, Jones was one of the creators of SoftGrid from application virtualization pioneer Softricity, which was acquired by Microsoft. As part of Microsoft, Jones oversaw the App-V product, which, as part of the MDOP group, has sold over 30 million licenses to date.

 


Randy Streu

Randy Streu - VP Business Development

As VP of Business Development, Randy Streu is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with strategic partners and technology providers. Prior to joining DynamicOps, Streu served as VP of Product Management and Strategy for Configuresoft, a venture-backed startup, where he was instrumental in growing the company into a recognized leader in security and compliance management and guiding the company through acquisition and integration into EMC. He has previous experience managing all aspects of product delivery, sales, marketing, and strategic relationships in senior management and technology roles at BMC Software, HP, Compaq, and various other private and public companies.


Bob Jaeschke

Bob Jaeschke - VP Professional Services

As VP of Professional Services, Bob Jaeschke is responsible for the successful deployment and integration of DynamicOps software with our customers’ existing IT environments as well as ongoing product support. A senior manager Jaeschke has 25+ years of experiencing leading hi-performance teams. Prior to joining DynamicOps he was a AVP of Global Services at Comverse Network Systems where he managed two critical organizations; the Hosting organization that managed two data centers operating value added software services for T1 and T2 carriers around the globe achieving upwards of 99.999 availability, and he the NA and SA support organization for the in-network installed base of over 840 system supporting mission critical services. Under his leadership the team was able to maintain a greater than 91% SLA on more than 2,000 tickets per quarter and a customer rating in the high 80%. His previous responsibilities included senior roles at Digital, NEC Technologies, Daisy Disk and Diablo systems.
